Thank you for your interest in the live cohort of The Capable Group Coach. This small-group program (capped at 8 coaches) is practice-intensive, so we keep cohorts intentionally small and admit by application. Your responses help us understand your background, your goals, and your fit for a hands-on, peer-practice environment. There are no wrong answers — candor helps us build the strongest possible cohort.
Step 2: Participant Interview.
Registration for the Capable Group Coach program requires a brief, informal participant interview. The purpose of the interview is to:
Help ensure a balanced and complementary group composition. A diversity of strengths, perspectives, and expertise among group members allows for deeper and more meaningful learning.
Explore your learning goals and desired outcomes for the program, as well as what you hope to contribute to others through your participation.
Answer any questions you have about the program before reserving your seat.

Following your participant interview, you will receive a link to a private payment page where you can secure your space in the next Capable Group Coach cohort. We look forward to seeing you there!
