Thank you for your interest in the live cohort of The Capable Group Coach. This small-group program (capped at 8 coaches) is practice-intensive, so we keep cohorts intentionally small and admit by application. The questions below help us understand your background, your goals, and your fit for a hands-on, peer-practice environment. There are no wrong answers — candor helps us build the strongest possible cohort.

This program is for credentialed coaches. An active ICF credential (or equivalent) is required — you do not need any prior group-coaching experience.

We review applications on a rolling basis until the cohort is full, and we'll be in touch to confirm next steps. We read every application personally.
