Through a blend of peer exchange and faculty guidance, participants will apply advanced tools and methods to their current group coaching projects, explore common dilemmas and challenges, and strengthen their ability to navigate the dynamic interplay of facilitation, coaching, and group process. Emphasis is placed on developing actionable strategies that address the nuanced demands of real-world group coaching—making space not only for skill development, but also for thoughtful reflection and professional growth.
