WHO THIS COURSE IS FOR

This course is for coaches, HR professionals, and organizational leaders who:

  • Have completed the Group Coaching Foundations course.

  • Are currently leading a group coaching project or engagement and want ongoing, customized support to refine their approach and apply the latest, cutting-edge knowledge and techniques in group coaching practice.

  • Seek a collaborative space to surface challenges, explore choices, and enhance their effectiveness.

WHAT YOU’LL GAIN

  • This course invites experienced group coaches to move beyond theory and into the rich, often unpredictable terrain of live practice. Through real-time engagement with ongoing coaching projects, participants have the opportunity to refine their skills, apply advanced methods, and navigate the complex dynamics that emerge in group settings. With a focus on applied learning, reflective dialogue, and expert feedback, the course supports coaches in translating their knowledge into confident, grounded action. It's a space to test ideas, confront real dilemmas, and evolve your practice in community with peers and faculty.

  • At the heart of this course is a vibrant learning community where coaches support and challenge one another through meaningful dialogue. By engaging with peers who are also navigating real group coaching work, participants gain fresh insights, test new perspectives, and deepen their understanding of complex group dynamics. These collaborative conversations offer both affirmation and stretch—helping each coach apply their learning in real time and grow through shared experience.

  • With Erek Ostrowski as your guide, this course offers more than answers—it offers partnership on the path to mastery. Drawing on years of experience in group coaching, teaching, and program design, Erek creates a space where real-world challenges become opportunities for growth. Whether you're wrestling with group dynamics, designing a program, or navigating the politics of organizational sponsorship, you'll be met with wisdom, curiosity, and steady support. This is an invitation to deepen your practice alongside a teacher who is committed to your development and who sees coaching as both craft and calling.

  • Great group coaching doesn’t follow a script—it responds, adapts, and evolves. In this course, you’ll learn how to expand your range as a coach to meet the needs of diverse groups, transcend the limitations of any one model or format, and stay aligned with the outcomes that matter most. With support from Erek and your peers, you’ll sharpen your ability to lead with clarity and creativity—even when the path forward is uncertain. This is where impact deepens: not by doing more, but by coaching with greater presence, intention, and flexibility.
