Hello, and thank you for visiting Verve Coaching.  I'm Erek Ostrowski.  Verve Coaching is my professional coaching and consulting practice, founded in 2006.

Having been in the coaching field for over 20 years, I can appreciate the unique set of circumstances and concerns that each client brings into a coaching engagement.  I believe that you know your business better than anyone else can, and that given access to the right tools and resources, you are the only one capable of deciding what is right and what is best for your business.  What I bring to that equation is my own curiosity; a knack for asking the right questions and listening deeply to their answers; a zealous passion for understanding and improving human and organizational systems; and access to broad, relevant knowledge from theory, research, and personal experience.

In addition, I have come to believe in the power of groups to facilitate learning and discovery.  I started bringing small business owners together for group coaching years ago, when I first noticed what seemed like universal issues and challenges for business owners—common threads that cut across multiple industries, business models, personalities, and localities, etc.  I began to explore these common threads in a group format so that my clients could learn from each other's experiences, while honing their understanding of common business challenges by helping one another.  I believe the group format offers something that many independent business owners lack: a community of trusted peers.

Whether you're just learning about coaching, contemplating the value of coaching for your business, or considering taking things up a notch by joining a group, I'm glad you stopped by, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to earn your business.  If there is anything else I can do to assist you, please do not hesitate to get in touch.  In most cases, I will reply within 24 hours.  I look forward to hearing from you.
