Working with groups is especially challenging given the inherent complexity and dynamism of groups…
Whether you are completely new to group coaching or you are an experienced group coach, having dedicated opportunities to reflect on your practice, collaborate with other group coaches, and discuss emergent challenges can dramatically elevate your confidence and competence in group coaching. Verve Coaching provides 1:1 and small group coaching supervision specifically tailored for coaches who work with groups. It is designed to follow the Group Coaching Foundations course to provide a structure of ongoing support and continued learning as you work to make groups an integral part of your coaching practice. Rooted in the Six Capabilities model (Ostrowski, 2021) and Four Provinces™ coaching framework (2021), professional supervision helps strengthen connections between theory and practice, increase awareness of group dynamics and group process, and deepen reflective practice.
Please Note: you must complete the Group Coaching Foundations course prior to joining a supervision program.
