Erek Ostrowski is an organizational and executive coach with over 11 years of professional coaching and consulting experience, spanning multiple industries. His broad expertise in small business operations and finance, management and leadership training, communication, and organizational culture, provides a foundation for his unique coaching methodology: a multi-disciplinary, evidence-based approach that is both organic and adaptive. Clients describe his coaching style as clarifying, enlightening, challenging, fun and deeply rewarding.

Erek founded Verve Coaching in 2006 with the intention of working with entrepreneurs and leaders of emerging enterprises to improve their business, leadership, and management capabilities, and to understand and transcend barriers to their productivity and effectiveness. Over the last 4 years, he has been an active blogger and researcher within the emerging field of professional coaching.

As a speaker and trainer, Erek has addressed a diverse range of audiences, from health & fitness industry professionals, to personal development enthusiasts, to mathematicians and engineers in the operations research field.  Erek brings to his audiences a fresh and liberating perspective on personal and organizational effectiveness, based on potent communication, systems thinking, and transformational leadership.

Erek holds a BS degree in Management from Lesley University. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems, and is an active member of the International Coach Federation, the Institute of Coaching Professional Association, and the American Society of Training and Development.
